Boarding Policies

Cage Free Boarding Policies include:

 

No Raw fed diets permitted, risk of cross-contamination is too high.

​

Must complete intro evaluation, and attend daycare at least once prior to boarding with us.​

​

Please measure out food into individual bagged meals, to avoid under or over feeding.​​

​

Must be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella

​

No dogs with active communicable diseases permitted that can be transmitted to other guests.

​

All Ultra Lounge policies apply.

​

Must provide emergency veterinarian information, and provide a maximum dollar amount we can spend on an emergency if you cannot be reached.

​

We are not responsible for lost/damaged items.

​

Stay must be paid in full by the drop-off.

​

Refunds not available once entire stay is paid.

​

We will post pics daily in the Instagram story or Facebook page- as well as a morning/evening update if requested.
